  • Prep- Soak grapenuts, make yogurt



  • B-Bacon, fried eggs, toast, sauerkraut, kefir
  • L-PB & honey sandwich, yogurt
  • D-Eggplant parmesan, pasta
  • Prep-Bake muffins, thaw soup


  • B- Oatmeal muffins, kefir
  • L-Bean soup from freezer
  • D-Roast chicken, beets and yams
  • Prep-Thaw pintos, soak tortilla dough


  • B- Spinach scrambled eggs, home fries, fruit smoothie
  • L- Sardine dip, crackers, carrot sticks
  • D-Pinto bean tostadas, lettuce, tomatoes
  • Prep-Make pickled eggs


  • B-Bacon, hash browns, basted eggs, sauerkraut, kefir
  • L-Green salad, yogurt, pears
  • D- Chicken quesadilla
  • Prep-Cut up carrots & apples


  • B-Oatmeal, PB toast, kefir
  • L-Red beet eggs, carrot & apple slices
