  • Prep-Beef bone broth, bake bread (half-bake bread sticks), thaw lentils


  • B-Hashbrowns, puffy omelet, sauerkraut, kefir
  • L-Cheesy cornbread, oranges
  • D-Beef lentil soup, cornbread
  • Prep-Order Bountiful Basket, thaw applesauce


  • B- Fried eggs, hash browns, sauerkraut, kefir
  • L- Cheese toast, applesauce
  • D-LO tuna casserole
  • Prep-Thaw spaghetti sauce & bread sticks


  • B-Scrambled eggs, toast, kefir
  • L-Ants on a log, bone broth
  • D-Spaghetti w/Bolognese sauce, garlic bread sticks

  1. Oooooh, I just looked up the recipe for the Bolognese sauce…it looks yummy! Definitely gonna make this soon; maybe when Dave’s mom comes to visit.
